The rent you pay is what 33m2 charges. Our service fee covers translation, host coordination, and 24/7 support. Everything is shown separately — no hidden costs.

What we don't charge for
Markup on rent — we don't add a single dollar to what 33m2 charges.
Hidden fees — every line item is shown before you pay.
Subscription or membership — pay once per stay, no auto-renewal.
Cancellation fees — see our refund policy on the Protection page.
Currency conversion — Stripe handles it at the bank rate.
