Cancellation policy
Free cancellation 14+ days before check-in
Plans changed? Visa issue? Anything before 14 days from check-in, full refund — no questions asked. Refund processed within 5 business days to your original card.
Cancellation 7-14 days before
Half refund within this window. We've already secured the host commitment and started host coordination. Or transfer your booking to another date or stay (free).
Within 7 days of check-in
Non-refundable, but transferable. Transfer to another date, another stay, or another guest (your choice). We'll work to make it work for you.
Special protections for foreign guests
Host cancellation = 100% refund
If the host backs out for any reason after we confirm — instant 100% refund + we find you a similar or better stay if you want. No "try again later" runaround.
24-hour move-in guarantee
If your stay doesn't match the listing photos or description on arrival, we'll move you to another comparable Locali stay free of charge. You have 24 hours from check-in to flag.
Korean issue support
Heater broken at midnight? Internet not working? Host won't respond? Message us in English on KakaoTalk and we'll handle the Korean side. 24/7 during your stay.
Stripe payment protection
Your payment is processed through Stripe — same payment processor as Lyft, Slack, Shopify. If anything goes wrong with the transaction, your card issuer can dispute charges directly.
