You browse stays in English
We curate verified short-term rentals from 33m2 (Korea's leading short-term rental platform). Every listing has English info, USD pricing, and you can verify the original Korean listing yourself.
We verify your host accepts foreigners
Before you pay, we contact the host in Korean to confirm: foreigner OK, your dates available, English communication handled by us. No surprises.
You pay Locali in USD via Stripe
Secure payment in your currency. Card protected by Stripe. Full refund if host declines. 50% if you cancel 7-14 days before. We handle the KRW conversion.
We book on 33m2 in Korean
Locali books the stay on your behalf using our Korean-verified account. The host receives Korean confirmation with your name and our contact info as your translator.
You arrive, host is ready
You receive English check-in instructions, host's emergency contact, key access details, and our 24/7 KakaoTalk number. Host already knows you're coming.
Anything Korean comes up — we handle it
Heater issue? Restaurant won't take English orders? Hospital appointment? Message us in English. We translate, call, fix it. That's our job during your stay.

We charge a service fee, not a markup.
The rent you pay is what 33m2 charges. Our service fee ($50–150 depending on stay length) covers translation, host coordination, and 24/7 support. Transparent.
